Mitch McDeere is a young lawyer who just graduated from Harvard.

He is very smart and a firm from Memphis gives him a job.

The firm gives Mitch a lot of money and a house and car too.

Mitch and his wife move to Tennessee.

They are happy.

But soon Mitch learns that this firm has a secret.
